Membership in the Howell Chamber of Commerce is valid for one year. There is a one-time application fee of $25.00. Renewal of membership dues that are 45 days late are subject to a $25.00 reinstatement fee.
Established in the 1970s, the Howell Chamber of Commerce is the core of what keeps the community running. Located on Rt. 9 in Howell Township, we are always working to keep our members businesses growing.
Networking is what binds the Chamber together. We are constantly hosting events, giving our members a chance to build personal relationships that not only promote business, but build strength within our community.
Each member is treated accordingly, taking their business into consideration, and what would work best for them to ensure growth. Members have various options as to what type of promotion they would like to receive, and are added to our mailing list so they are up to date with all other member events.
Our interactive website provides a gateway for the community to be informed about what is going on. We make it very easy for businesses to join with our online application, and all member testimonials speak volumes about the benefits of being part of our Chamber.

NETWORKING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Every Tuesday morning is an amazing networking opportunity for both members and non members. Enjoy a cup of coffee, get to know business owners and representatives, and become educated about a different business-related topic each week. These “bonanzas” are a perfect opportunity to build not only business relations, but also personal relationships, networking you throughout the entire community. Not only do we offer “bonanzas”, but there are many other similar events, either run by the Chamber or Chamber Members, that offer similar networking opportunities. Each year our Dinner Dance recognizes all of the hard work put in by members, and celebrates the unity we share as a Chamber.
ABILITY TO REACH OVER 50,000 RESIDENTS
Advertising is key within our Chamber. If there is a way to spread the word about your business, we make sure that it is done. All new residents of Howell, Freehold and Farmingdale receive a “Welcome Package”, which includes advertisements from participating businesses. We are in constant contact with media professionals for print advertisement, and E-blast notices to members about upcoming events for our members.
SUPPORT NETWORK OF BUSINESS OWNERS AND TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS
Building personal relationships is what keeps business circulating within our Chamber. All of our events are centered on networking, which gives members a chance to get to know each other. Members of our chambers support each other through referrals, which has drastically increased business for many Chamber members.
Our user-friendly website makes it very easy for members to keep up to date with Chamber events. Our website features an event calendar, which is constantly updated, as well as a blog for members to post information about their own events. We also have a Member Directory with access to each participating business’ contact information. Photos of past events are constantly being posted on the website, as well as links to the Chamber Newsletter, which is published bi-monthly.
ACCESS TO BUSINESS RESOURCES
There are many links on our website, as well as networking opportunities throughout the year, that assist business owners and provide resources to expand and grow. A list of all services, along with contact information and links, is provided on the website. Events such as Breakfast Bonanzas and “Business Breakfast With Assemblyman Rible” offer members opportunities to meet business owners, along with state, county, and local officials, which opens doors for infinite growth opportunities.
